Limestone Crushing Plant in Pakistan

Hassan comes from Pakistan and wants to set up a limestone crushing plant at their local town. About half a year ago, Hassan found us at our official website and was attracted by our comprehensive products. According to the customer’s demand, the processing capacity of the crushing plant is 100T per hour. Based on the knowledge about the limestone’s characteristics and owing to Camelway years of manufacturing and planning experience, our technical staffs provide a complete crushing solution for Hassan mainly including the equipment like feeder, jaw crusher, belt conveyor, impact crusher and vibrating screen.

At first, the raw limestone materials lasted from the mountain will be regularly fed into the jaw crusher for primary crushing via the feeder. Then the semi-products will be transferred to the impact crusher for secondary crushing via the belt conveyor. After the process, the crushed materials will be transferred to the vibrating screen for screening. The gravels meet customer’s requirement will be transferred to the end product storage piles but the undesired materials should be transferred back to the impact crusher for further crushing to form a closed circuit.

At present, it is learned that the production line has put into use and the whole set of equipment runs well and has brought considerable profit.
