Manufactured Sand Plant in Guizhou, China
The customer who came from Guizhou had operated a coarse aggregate production line for more than 1 year. (Note:coarse aggregates are mainly used in Concrete, Asphalt, Rip Rap, MSE Wall Back-fill, State Approved Road Base Materials, Road Base Site Work, Oil Field Pads, Railroad Ballast, Sediment Check Dams, Runoff Water Containment Cells, Driveways, Construction Entrance Roads.) Introduced by a business acquaintance, they knew the properties of our product, Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher, and decided to increase a sand making production line to expand their scale of aggregates production.
The raw materials they needed to crush are limestone, and after the primary and secondary crushing, the size of finished stone materials is to 14 ㎜. Finally, we unanimously made a decision that adding a ZS1624 VSI crusher in their original crushing circuit via several times far-reaching communication. After the 2 weeks of installation and commissioning, the manufactured sand plant has come into use.
Recently, the equipment operated stably and efficiently and the output of finished sand was up to 60-80ton/h. In China, the price of sand is much higher than gravel, so the cooperation between us brings a higher profitability to our customer.
