Shanxi Huasheng Construction Building Materials Co., Ltd. (Huasheng Construction) is located in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province and registered at the local government department at the end of 2013. After two years of development, Huasheng Construction has been an large-scale environmental-friendly building materials demonstration production base with the most complete production line of commercial ready mix concrete, dry motor, building aggregates, high quality manufactured sand, etc. in Changzhi city.

In recent years, the environmental problems caused by disorderly mining the natural river sand became more and more serious, the national and local environmental protection departments began to introduce a series of laws to limit the river sand mining. Sand is a kind of main component of concrete and its particle shape, gradation, fineness modulus and other properties directly affect the production performance of concrete and the cost of concrete production. In order to regulate and control costs, in 2015, the management of Huasheng Construction intend to extend their production line towards the upstream raw material industry development--build a manufactured sand production line to achieve self-sufficiency of raw materials. At that time, their equipment procurement department purchased a sand making equipment from a local construction machinery manufacturer. However, since it was put into operation, the grain size, success ratio, quality of finished sand could not live up to customer’s requirements and the machine often broke down. So this time in the choice of cooperation manufacturers Huasheng Construction are more cautious. According to the existing production equipment of our customer's sand production line, our engineers provided the solution of "feeding machine + sand making machine ZS2028 VSI Crusher + vibrating screen + dust removing machine". Crushed limestone materials will be transferred to VSI Crusher through the vibrating feeder and large angle conveyor belt, and then the screening system will separate sand and gravel. When the process was end, the finished products meet the manufactured sand standards will be stored into the finished sand storage tank, and other incompletely broken materials will be transferred to VSI Crusher through a return material belt to do crushing again. For environmental protection considerations, we also provide a noise insulation board as soundproof and dustproof device at the outer space of the equipment which can effectively decrease the noise decibels and the fly dust.

Up to now, the new sand production line of Huasheng Construction operates smoothly and achieves the desired results. The manufactured sand they produced not only can satisfy their own requirements but also can sell to other construction contractors or other ready mix concrete plants to create additional economical profits.
