Stone Crushing and Sand Making Line in Yunnan, China

In September 2016, the cobblestone crushing production line with 800T/H processing capacity installed and debugged by Camelway Machinery for a company in Yunnan has successfully put into operation to supply high quality sand and gravel aggregates for the local construction construction engineering projects.

Yunnan is located in the southwestern border areas of China with many mountains. The Mining and Development Company cooperated with us this time has been engaged in building aggregate production for many years and established a number of large-scaled quarries. In recent years, the local government announced a number of roads, railways and hydropower stations and other architectural plans in order to improve local infrastructure conditions, which let the company see the growing demand for aggregates in  local region and in Yunnan province. Coupled with the depletion of river sand resources in recent years, environmental protection department has established some strict rules and increased the crackdown degree to regulate the natural river sand mining, which results in the natural sand price constantly rising. Therefore, manufacturing and using high quality sander to produce manufactured sand become an important way to solve the problem. The company decided to expand the production scale, extend the production chain, add a cobblestone crushing production line with the rated processing capacity of 800T/H.

After extensive inspection of the manufacturer of crushing and sand making machine, the company's equipment procurement manager, Mr.Li, decided to cooperate with Camelway Machinery. Through far-reaching communication and discussion about our cutomer's production condition and expection, our engineers offer a reasonable solution with one GZD vibrating feeder, one C-jaw crusher, two PF impact crusher, one VSI impact crusher, one YK screen, and several conveying and return belt devices to link the entire crushing circuit. The biggest highlight of this production line is the use of VSI impact crusher for sand manufacturing and shaping. Compared with other traditional sand making machine, it greatly reduces the cost of manufactured sand. Additionally, the end product has a good grain shape and gradation. The Customers are very satisfied with the production effects both in output and grain shape. The production line has set up a model project for the local manufactured sand manufacturer. At the same time, this cooperation has also laid a good foundation for Camelway to expand the sand maker market.
